FORT WORTH, TX – A crash in South Fort Worth Tuesday night left one person dead and another critically injured, according to CBS DFW.
The incident took place on Interstate 20 westbound near Hemphill Street, where police and first responders arrived at the scene at about 8:30 p.m.
Investigators determined that a vehicle exiting I-20 crashed into a bridge pillar. Paramedics said the two occupants of the vehicle were trapped inside. One was pronounced dead, while the other was transported to an area hospital.
The investigation continues into the cause of the wreck.
