ARLINGTON, TX – Two people fled the scene of a fatal multi-vehicle crash in Arlington last Friday night.

According to Arlington Police, the ancient occurred shortly after 9:15 p.m. at the intersection of West Arkansas Lane and Cooper Street.

Responding officers say the driver of a 2011 Buick Lacrosse carrying two people ran through the red light and struck a sedan.

The driver of the sedan suffered fatal injuries in the wreck. The Buick immediately fled the scene.

It is unclear if anyone else in the sedan was hurt. No arrests have been made as of Tuesday.
