FORT WORTH, TX – The Fort Worth Fire Department said four of its firefighters were injured in a rollover crash Saturday morning.
The fire department tweeted that Engine 12 was responding to a house fire at about 3:30 a.m. when the fire truck crashed on NW 28th Street on the city’s north side.
The four firefighters sustained minor injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment. There were no other vehicles involved.
“Our firefighters have been treated and released from the hospital,” the fire department said. “Thank you for your outpouring of support and prayers.”
