GRAND PRAIRIE, TX – An accident involving a disabled pickup truck in Grand Prairie left one person dead and another injured, reports the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Police said the Dodge pickup broke down in the 1500 block of eastbound Interstate 30 Sunday night at about 9:15 p.m. The driver of a Cadillac car heading east in the main lanes crashed into the Dodge.
The pickup driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the Cadillac driver had minor injuries.
Grand Prairie police are investigating the wreck but said they do not expect to file any charges.
