FT. WORTH, TX – Fort Worth Police are searching for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run collision that sent a child to the hospital on Saturday evening.

According to KRLD, the child was struck by a pickup truck while riding his bike at about 7:39 p.m. within the 3200 block of Strong Avenue.

The child was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries sustained in the crash.

Police have located the vehicle and driver involved in the crash. That individual’s identity is being withheld due to their young age.
