ARLINGTON, TX – Authorities were at the scene of a collision in Arlington Tuesday afternoon that left three people injured.
According to CBS DFW, two vehicles were involved in the crash that took place on S. Cooper Street near Commercial Boulevard at about 3:30 p.m.
The driver of a Nissan Juke was trying to make a U-turn in the northbound lanes of S. Cooper Street when the vehicle crashed into a Dodge Charger, investigators said.
Two men who were in the Nissan were hospitalized in critical condition. Of the five people in the Dodge, one was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The incident closed the northbound lanes of S. Cooper Street for the crash cleanup and investigation.
