GARLAND, TX – An accident blocked all lanes of traffic except for the right shoulder at I-30 and President George Bush Tpke on Wednesday, according to Total Traffic DFW.

The crash was reported around 3:55 p.m. and it slowed traffic back to NW Dr, nearly four miles from where the accident occurred. Emergency crews had the scene cleared by 4:10 p.m.
