DALLAS, TX – A man was taken into custody after his vehicle careened into tow Dallas Police Department vehicles early Monday morning.

According to a report by NBC DFW, the sedan hit the squad cars at about 1:45 a.m. within the 1400 block of Oates Drive.

A short pursuit ensued in the moments after the crash. The suspect stopped and was arrested near Furgeuston Road and Samuel Boulevard.

No injuries were reported as an immediate result of the initial crash.
