DALLAS, TX – Additional charges have been filed against the driver involved in a fatal pedestrian accident in Dallas last week, according to KRLD.

The victim was leaving the Tin Room early Thursday morning in the area of Hudnall Street and Maple Avenue when he was struck by a pickup truck shortly after 1 a.m.
The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the pickup, identified as Richard Rojas, was initially charged with driving while intoxicated. Following the pedestrian’s death, he was charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Rojas was being held at the Dallas County Jail on $150,000 bond.
