FORT WORTH, TX – The suspect involved in a Fort Worth police chase was taken to the hospital after crashing in Crockett Row on Tuesday night.
According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the driver fled after being pulled over at about 8:40 p.m. near the intersection of North Main Street and Northeast 21st Street.
The driver collided with another vehicle several blocks away at the intersection of 6th Street and University Drive. He then attempted to flee on foot but was located a short time later.
It is unclear what the man was being stopped for initially. He was arrested and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
No other injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
