FRISCO, TX – Authorities said a driver was killed in a car accident on the Dallas North Tollway on Wednesday afternoon.
According to CBS DFW, the victim was identified as 30-year-old Keila Lee Wangen of Glenn Heights.
Investigators determined that Wangen was driving a Land Rover in the rain when she lost control of the vehicle on the wet road. The Land Rover skidded and crashed into a guardrail. The vehicle then rolled down an embankment and Wangen was ejected.
She was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 4 p.m. by the Frisco Fire Department.
