EULESS, TX – A man was struck and killed after getting out of his disabled vehicle in Euless early Wednesday morning.
According to a report by CBS DFW, the crash was reported just after midnight within the 100 block of East Airport Freeway, near the intersection with Main Street.
Officers with the Euless Police Department believe the victim’s vehicle became disabled for unknown reasons. Once he exited the vehicle, he attempted to cross the on-ramp and was struck by an oncoming vehicle.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver involved stopped and cooperated with the investigation.
No charges are expected to be filed at this time.
