DALLAS, TX – An elderly man was killed in a hit-and-run collision near the community of Vickery Meadow Tuesday night, according to Fox 4 News.

The victim, a man in his 70’s, was walking o his car near the intersection of Park Ln and Greenville Ave when he was struck.

Police believe the suspect may not have seen the victim. They failed to render aid to the victim and fled the area following the accident.

First responders received reports of the accident around 10 p.m. and were then dispatched to the scene. It is unclear if the man was dead when they arrived or if they died at the hospital.

Authorities may be able to use surveillance footage to track down the suspect.
