GRAND PRAIRIE, TX – A woman was arrested after police say she intentionally struck a man following a family dispute in Grand Prairie early Saturday morning.
According to Dallas Morning News, the incident occurred at about 12:45 a.m. within the 900 block of South Great Southwest Parkway, near Tyre Park.
Police say 61-year-old Anna Reyes was in an altercation with the man inside her vehicle. The man eventually exited the vehicle and began walking.
Moments later, Reyes turned around and struck the man with her vehicle. He was found by police lying in a parking lot with serious injuries and ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
Reyes was located a short time later and arrested. She is currently being held in the Grand Prairie Detention Center on a murder charge.
The identity of the victim is unavailable at this time.
