DALLAS, TX – A man is facing charges in connection to a 5-vehilce crash that took the life of another man in Dallas last Friday night.
According to a report by NBC DFW, the collision occurred at about 11 p.m. when the driver of a 2018 Ford slammed into the rear of a 2015 Mercedes-Benz in the 2500 block of Masters Drive, near San Springs Ave.
The initial impact caused the Ford to veer into oncoming traffic, where it then collided with three more vehicles.
One passenger in the Ford, 35-year-old Daniel Gonzalez-Quintana, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died a short time later.
The driver believed to be responsible for the fatal crash, 23-year-old Charles Cardoso, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.
