DALLAS, TX – One person is dead following a police chase that ended at Great Trinity Forest Way and Wadsworth Dr early Wednesday, NBC DFW reports.

At around 1:10 a.m., officers checked the registration of a Toyota Camry that was on the 100 block of South Buckner Blvd and discovered that it was stolen in an aggravated robbery on August 3.

The driver refused to pull over for police and led them on a high-speed chase. At around 1:35 a.m. they ran the red light at the intersection of Great Trinity Forest Way and Wadsworth Dr and collided with a Chevrolet Impala.

First responders took the driver of the Impala to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.

The occupants of the Camry, which included the 14-year-old driver, an adult, and two more teenagers, were hospitalized in stable condition after they were taken into custody by police.
