Services We Provide.

Know Your Legal Rights!
Knowing your rights is pivotal in getting the best results. We will explain what you should and should not do after an accident. Also, there are many different legal issues that can affect your rights. For instance, Texas has laws pertaining to the statutes of limitations which imposes certain time limits in which a lawsuit must be filed. There are also matter of comparative negligence which insurance adjusters may try to shift responsibility of the accident to you and deprive you of the compensation you deserve. Do not get tricked into these potential landmines . Getting a prompt and effective consultation with an attorney can help you get your case on the right track.

Proper Case Management and Medical Treatment.
We will walk you thorough the complexities of managing your injury case from beginning to end, much like a professional tour guide. We will make sure your case is trihourly investigated by obtaining all available reports, documents, videos, and photographs of the damages and injuries caused in the accident.

Then, we will make sure that all insurance claims are properly reported and managed throughout the case. One of the biggest mistakes someone can make in their case is giving a recorded statement to the insurance company prior to talking with an attorney. This is where many cases can go wrong from the start and could result in the denial of your claim and loss of valuable legal rights.

And most importantly, my office will make sure that your get prompt medical treatment for your injuries. We recommend seeking medical treatment as soon as possible. This way, the connection between your injuries and the accident are established as early as possible. Additionally, we can make arrangements for your medical treatment without any money out of your pocket. This way, you can concentrate on getting better without dealing with the fear, anger, stress and other emotions many injury victims understandably experience.

Representation in Court.
Although the vast majority of cases settle without the need for litigation, sometimes filing a lawsuit is necessary. That is usually because the insurance adjuster is either denying your claim or is trying to offer you less than your case is potentially worth.

Litigation is complex and requires knowledge and close adherence to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. This is not a task best handled by a novice. Rather, having an experienced personal injury trial attorney will help you navigate your case through the courts and ultimately to a better settlement.

And if your case still does not settle an goes to trial, then you will have the representation of an experienced attorney who has been practicing in the various courts throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth area since 1994. Robert will make sure your case is properly presented to a judge or jury so that you get the most favorable verdict and outcome.
