DALLAS, TX – A pedestrian was struck and killed early Sunday morning by a driver who left the scene, Dallas police said.
NBC DFW reports a man was hit by a vehicle as he was running east on Lake June Road shortly after 5 a.m. The pedestrian, believed to be 25 to 35 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the driver involved kept going after the crash without stopping to help.
Dallas police tweeted a picture of the vehicle they are looking for, and asked anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
