GRANBURY, TX – Police in Granbury responded to the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Sunday, reports WFAA.
Police said a 25-year-old woman was driving a Jeep Wrangler westbound on U.S. Highway 377 when the vehicle went off the highway and rolled over.
A passenger in the Jeep was thrown from the vehicle. The passenger, a 20-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver sustained injuries that were not life-threatening and was taken to a hospital in Fort Worth.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fatal wreck.
