DALLAS, TX – A pedestrian died after being struck by 2 vehicles on the part of southbound I-35E near Mockingbird Ln early Monday, WFAA reports.

At around 3:15 a.m., an unidentified 41-year-old man was crossing I-35E. As he entered the southbound lanes, he was struck by the front left wheel of a semi-truck. The man was then run over by a Prius. It is unclear if the pedestrian was alive or dead when the Prius hit him.

Following the collisions, both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the police. Police did not arrest or cite either driver.
