Getting your accident report is as simple as visiting the Texas Crash Records Information System (C.R.I.S.). There, you can download a certified copy of the report.
You can also get your report from the police department that investigated the accident.
However, you cannot get your report until it is completed. Accident reports can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be completed.
